Registration

You can browse certain areas of the website without registering or subscribing but if you wish to access certain information and content available on the website, you will be required to register with us and certain enhanced functionality will be available to subscribers

If you register to use the website as a member you will be asked to create a password. Subscription

Certain functionality, content and facilities will only be available to registered members who have agreed to subscribe to an enhanced offering (“subscribers”).

If you become a subscriber we agree to allow you access to certain enhanced functionality. Your subscription will be for a given period as set out on the website.

Once that period has expired then, unless you have renewed your subscription your access to enhanced subscription functionality will end and you will be required to subscribe once again for further access.

We will charge you for the relevant subscription fees by using the debit or credit card details which you supply to us via PayPal or other payment processor.

Should you cancel your subscription, your account will be frozen at the end of the subscription period you have paid for.

The names of individuals involved in a deal will only be attached or tagged to a deal where that individual is a user of the website and has given their consent to tagmydeals. You agree that where your involvement with a given deal was as an employee that you will comply with your employer’s policy with respect to identifying individuals.

Subject to your right to correct information in clause 5 below, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute any information or content provided by you in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights and the non-exclusive right to bring an action for infringement of these rights against third parties.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website.

Notwithstanding our rights under these terms of use in relation to your content, we do not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on the website.
